Simply send a text message using your GeoSIM to +447786202559 containg the word "topup" and the amount of call credit you want to purchase.
For example; To add £30 of call credit text topup 30 to +447786202559. You will then receive a text message asking you to reply with your GeoSIM PIN. If your PIN is correct, your credit is immediately applied to your GeoSIM account.
Or, if you only text the keyword topup to +447786202559 we will add £20 to your account.
NOTE: Your Text2ToUp request must be sent from your GeoSIM. Toup up requests sent from non GeoSIM numbers will not be valid and will be ignored.
Replies to your request may take up to 5 minutes so please allow time for them to reach your handset. If there is a problem with the top up request, your credit card details or a technical problem, you will be advised by SMS. If you do not reply within 15 minutes, your request to top up will time out and be cancelled.

You can unsubscribe from the service at any time by logging onto www.globalsimcard.co.uk and ticking the unsubscribe box. You can re-register to use Text 2 Top Up at any time.
It is important that you delete all messages sent or received relating to Text2TopUp. This includes any messages saved in your sent folder on phones that have this feature. For security reasons, your Text2TopUp request will time-out if you do not reply or receive a response within 15 minutes. You will only receive a text message from GeoSIM in relation to the Text2TopUp service from our specific Text 2 Top Up number 447786202559. Should you receive a request for your SIM details e.g. PIN from any other number please do NOT reply and report any such incidents to us immediately by raising a support ticket.

Availability of the Text2TopUp service is dependent on SMS being supported in the country GeoSIM is located in. Note that some countries that GeoSIM operates in have no SMS coverage at all, or only inbound or outbound SMS. Text2TopUp requires inbound and outbound SMS to be supported to function.
Text2TopUp is available 24 hours a day.
There are no additional service charges to use Text2TopUp.
Only the standard costs for sending an SMS to the UK are charged to your GeoSIM account. A normal Text2TopUp transaction requires two SMS’ to be sent. One to initiate the top up request, and a second to confirm. You must have enough call credit on your account to send the minimum of two SMS to the UK.
VAT will be charged where applicable.
