GeoSIM Text2TopUp Back Online
GeoSIMs Text2TopUp service which enables registered users to add call credit to their GeoSIM global SIM card is back on-line after a short outage whilst the system was reconfigured to use a new and more reliable SMS provider.
GeoSIM users should update their records with the NEW Text2TopUp number. (Customers have been email the new number).

Text2TopUp – Service Alert
Our Text2TopUp service is currently unavailable due to our supplier making significant changes to their system without notifying us. These changes have rendered Text2TopUp non operational.
As we have had issues with this supplier over a number of months, we have taken the decision to use a different provider. Unfortunately this means we have had to take Text2TopUp offline for a few days whilst we reconfigure the service.
We are working as fast as we can to get Text2TopUp operational again and hope to have it up an running by the 21st May – although we aim to get it done sooner.
Please note that “normal” SMS from your GeoSIM are unaffected.
Once Text2TopUp is online again, you will need to use a new Text2TopUp number to send your Topup Request to. You will be advised of this number in due course.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. In the mean time please top up online at www.globalsimcard.co.uk
